Specifications for Tennis Court Construction in 18m and 36m Dimensions
The tennis court, consisting of 5 different acrylic layers including Primer, Resurfacer, Cushion Layer, Color layer, and line paint, is constructed differently from the methods used in indoor carpet field construction. The primer layer, applied to increase the adhesion of the asphalt surface, is composed of transparent and one-component acrylic polymer. The resurfacer layer, applied during the construction of the surface, increases the adhesion of the cushion system to concrete and asphalt surfaces. The cushion layer, made without pigment and containing high-performance latex binder, is applied in 3 layers as desired. The color layer uses acrylic tennis court paint filled with silica sand to control the speed of the game. Applied in brick red, dark green, and light green colors, these paints are spread with a rubber squeegee to cover even the smallest points of the surface. During the trench excavation, the excavation is done leaving 25cm of the trench concrete exposed, and the area is cleared of soil. After the 25 cm and 60 cm trench forms are turned into stirrups, they are connected to the corners with beams using construction iron. Anchor sockets are placed inside the formwork, and C25 concrete is poured using vibration.
How Steel Construction and Lighting are Made
3mm thick vertical pipes of 60mm are fixed to the concrete, with the 4mm section remaining on the surface. The vertical pipes are connected to each other by welding at the bottom, middle, and top sections, similar to how it is done during . The construction is painted with an industrial paint. A service door is opened around the field. Lighting poles of 4.5m height are mounted on the long side of the field. A total of 6 lights, 3 on the right and 3 on the left, are placed on top of these lighting poles. After filling 15cm of the 25cm section remaining above the foundation with Plent Miks, it is compacted with the help of vibration. The remaining 10cm section is covered with a wear asphalt coating called top coat finish, which cleans the asphalt from foreign substances and allows the gases in the asphalt to evaporate and escape. Unlike the methods used in indoor carpet field construction, Pro-flex. m is applied on the surface for tennis, basketball, volleyball, and other sports.
