What a Corporate Pharmacy Sign Should Include
The corporate pharmacy sign, standardized by the Turkish Pharmacists' Association, aims to help patients easily identify pharmacies among other business signs lined up side-by-side on a street. Furthermore, the use of a uniform sign type is intended to prevent unfair competition and visual pollution. According to regulations, the corporate pharmacy sign is designed with the word ECZANE (PHARMACY) in red on a white background. The pharmacy's name will be written below the ECZANE text, in a smaller font size, using black vinyl lettering in all caps. If the sign is to be illuminated, only the vacuum-formed ECZANE lettering made of red plexiglass can be lit with LED lights.
Pharmacy Sign and Illuminated Logo Usage

In designs determined by the Turkish Pharmacists' Association, the dimensions of the pharmacy sign can be scaled according to the facade of the establishment. For instance, on a pharmacy with a facade length of 400cm or more, the section with the ECZANE text on a white background is scaled to a standard 300x100 cm. Depending on the facade length, the height of the red background on the sides is extended. The corporate pharmacy sign must be prepared in accordance with regulations, and if illumination is to be used, it must also be done in compliance with regulations, by illuminating only the interior of the ECZANE lettering with LEDs. This sign is a background pharmacy sign and is used on the front facade. Besides this, another type of sign that can be used is the illuminated box letter pharmacy sign. In this sign, only a white background and the red letter E are used; it is positioned at a visible height from both facades. This E-logo sign can be used with illumination. The use of objects such as logos, posters, totems, and portable signs, in addition to standard signs, is prohibited in pharmacies.
